F A Q

1. What happens during my Complementary Session?
Your session includes a full movement assessment, nutrition analysis and strength test.
We review your goals, training history, injuries, lifestyle, and conduct a customized movement screen so we can determine the safest and most effective path for you. * You’ll walk away with a clear plan, timelines, and program options tailored to your current fitness level.

2. How long does the Complementary Session take?
Most sessions take about 60 minutes depending on your goals and questions.
If you need to dive deeper, we can go longer.

3. Do I need to prepare or bring anything?
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes you can move in.
Have any medical or injury information we should know to better understand your goals.  Other than that, nothing fancy—just come ready to learn and move.

4. Will I be working out during the session?  
Not a strenuous workout 
We’ll run a safe, short movement and mobility assessment to understand your starting point. No experience required.

5. Is the session really free?  Yes—100% free, no obligation.
The goal is to find a program that fits your goals, timeline, and comfort level. You decide how you want to move forward afterward.

6. Do you offer programs for beginners?
Absolutely.  Most of our members start as beginners or coming off long breaks.
Our Victory Transformation Program is designed to safely guide you from where you are right now—no matter your age or fitness level.

7. I have injuries or mobility limitations. Can I still join?
Yes. We specialize in working with real-world adults with real-world bodies. Your assessment helps us determine the safest exercises, progressions, and modifications unique to you.

8. What programs do you offer after the Complementary Session?
Depending on your goals, we typically recommend one of the following: Victory Transformation Program (our most popular coaching option) or 1 on 1 coaching ( 1, 2, or 3x a week) Accountability + Nutrition Coaching are included in every programWe will walk you through which fits best during the session.

9. What if I haven’t worked out in a long time?
You’re in the right place!
Our program is designed specifically for people  beginning or restarting their fitness journey— From total beginners to former athletes and  hardcore lifters. We meet you where you’re at.  If you are experienced, we'll help you level up!

10. How soon can I start if I’m ready?
You can usually get started within 24–72 hours depending on class availability.

11. How much do programs cost?  /  What is the price?  
Pricing and cost depends on the program and session frequency you choose.  A range can be provided during your initial call as well. We cover all options at the end of your Complementary Session and help you pick the best one for your goals and budget.   

Nutrition coaching  and accountability is included in every program.   Where many gyms may not offer nutrition, or it may be an additional cost, at VSF all nutrition coaching is included in the pricing/cost.   If you have received any 1 on 1 coaching from other facilities, you will be pleasantly surprised at the cost/price per session.

12. Do I have to be in shape before joining?
Not at all... 
You join to GET in shape—not because you already are. We specialize in helping everyday people take the first step confidently.

13. I’m intimidated—will I feel comfortable?
Yes!
Victory Strength and Fitness is known for our positive, judgment-free environment.

No egos. No cliques. Just real people working hard with great coaches guiding every step.

14. What if I’m over 50, will the program still work for me?
Absolutely—many of our most successful transformations are from clients 40–65+.
We adjust everything from mobility work to strength progressions and recovery based on age, goals, and ability.

16. How often will I be training if I join?
Most clients train 2–3 times per week depending on goals, availability, and comfort level.

17. What results can I expect?
Many clients see great improvements in: Energy, Strength, Mobility, Confidence, Clothes fitting, Weight loss (if desired), Pain reduction, Daily function —within just a few weeks.  We’ll map out a realistic timeline based on your goals.

18. What happens if I’m not sure what my goals should be?
No worries!  We’ll help you clarify your goals during the consultation.
Whether it’s losing weight, toning up, getting stronger, improving health markers, or overcoming a plateau—we help you define a clear target.

19. Do you help with nutrition?
Yes— real nutrition guidance and accountability is built into our Transformation Program and memberships.  Many other facilities do not offer nutrition, and others usually require a secondary purchase.  The Victory Transformation Program is an all in one package. 

20. Is Victory Strength and Fitness good for real, everyday people?
Yes!
Our specialty is helping busy adults aged 20–65+ who want expert coaching, accountability, and a program that actually works for real life.
