"I’ve have been training with Bruce since January 2015 doing low impact training sessions focusing on Kettlebell training. During that training, he had a group who came in after our sessions who were doing the Amazing 12. Getting to see their progress and results, was inspiring! Bruce also played a big part in our decisions (my wife and I) to participate in this program!

"After having 3 kiddos my body changed a lot, not the most flattering ways. Over the last 2 years I worked hard to drop weight by making nutrition and fitness a part of my new normal. This summer while I was happy about my weightloss I wasn't loving my mom bod.
